What information we process

When you fill in the “Book a demo” form, we process the information you provide: your name, work email, company name, type of business, number of locations and any message you include.

The form is not intended for health or treatment information, so please don't include any in the message field.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the information to respond to your inquiry and arrange a demo. The processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries from businesses that have asked to hear from us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Recipients

The information is sent to us by email via our email provider (Resend), and the website is hosted by Vercel. These providers process the information only on our behalf.

Retention

We keep the information for as long as necessary to respond to and follow up on your inquiry, and delete it afterwards.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics for anonymous visitor statistics. It does not set cookies and does not store information that can identify you.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your information, and you can object to the processing. Write to info@newconsulting.dk. You can also lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk).
